I Build Systems That Shape
Human Experience.
Where AI, storytelling, and real-world behavior converge.
Revenue systems. Experience design. Intelligent infrastructure.

See It In Motion.
Live entertainment, brand experiences, and AI-driven systems — a decade of building things that hold rooms.
Three Systems. One Outcome.
Revenue & Growth Systems
Business development, market expansion, and deal strategy that scales. Building the architecture behind sustainable, high-velocity growth.
Experience Design
Live environments, customer journeys, and behavioral optimization. Designing moments that convert attention into action.
AI + Technology Integration
Computer vision, real-world automation, and intelligent infrastructure. Making physical spaces think, adapt, and respond.
Numbers Don’t Negotiate.
These aren’t vanity metrics. They’re the result of systems designed to compound.
Let’s discuss your numbers →Built. Shipped. Proven.
PNTA & #SeattleLives
Led Pacific Northwest Theater Associates as CEO through Covid-era disruption — restructuring a 150+ person organization while founding #SeattleLives, one of the first live event streaming services in the US.
Generated in excess of $40M for stakeholders within the first 12 months of Covid shutdowns. Recognized by Connect magazine as a pioneering live event streaming service. Doubled department revenue as Business Development Manager upon arrival.
Proof that operational discipline and creative innovation aren't opposites. When the industry went dark, we built new infrastructure and kept stakeholders whole.
Creepy Kingdom
Built a cult media brand at the intersection of theme park culture and editorial storytelling. Strategic partnerships with Disney, Universal, and Merlin. PR and experiential marketing for bespoke entertainment brands.
Grew a worldwide audience, launched co-branded campaigns with major studios, and developed an influencer network creating unique exposure opportunities. Produced original content including theatrical events and documentary film.
A case study in turning niche obsession into a scalable media property — and proof that authentic brand voice commands rooms that ad spend can't buy.

Metropolis & KNW.
Director of Business Development at Metropolis — a SaaS disruptor in mobility, security, and fintech using computer vision, biometrics, and edge computing across $5B in annual transactions. Managing Director at KNW., launching a novel AI product using facial recognition for real-time audience sentiment analysis in experiential settings.
Championed Metropolis within themed entertainment and hospitality, driving cross-functional GTM across operations, legal, and deployment. Led North America/UK launch for KNW. — taking an AI product from concept to market across two continents.
The future of experience isn't just creative — it's instrumented. AI that reads rooms, moves vehicles, and secures venues is the new infrastructure layer for live entertainment.
Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.
Why This Works.
I came up through live performance — where there are no second takes, no patches, no version 2.0. You either hold the room or you lose it. That training never left me. It became the lens through which I approach technology, brand, and strategy: ruthlessly present, relentlessly human.
The work I do now is the same work — just the stage is larger, the instruments more complex, and the audience harder to read. I build systems that hold rooms. That create momentum. That outlast the moment they were designed for.
The Architecture of Invisible Things
Most people fix what they can see. I work on what they can't — the underlying architecture of a system, the hidden grammar of a space, the unseen logic that determines whether something lives or dies. Every project begins with the question beneath the question.
Story as Structural Force
People don't move for data. They move for myth. The most durable brands, the most magnetic experiences, the most effective organizations — they all run on narrative the way cities run on water. I build the pipes.
Where the Physical Meets the Signal
The most interesting things happen at the threshold — where a body walks through a door and a camera reads intent, where a crowd becomes data, where a feeling becomes a system. That edge is where I've spent my career.
